We all know that placing cucumber slices on your eyes can help to reduce wrinkles and make you feel refreshed.
In fact, this is pretty effective, particularly if you want to look good at a date or just go out for a while. This is not, though, a full-time approach.
But if you want to prevent fine lines under eyes, consider lying down with cucumber slices over your eyes for around 20 minutes before applying make-up. It also works to make you look stronger.
Do not smoke or drink
Fires, like many chemicals, has harmful effects on the chemical composition of the hair and skin. Alcohol has a similar effect, too.
And whether you smoke and/or drink, you are likely to develop wrinkles faster than anyone who do not take part in either of these practices.
Limiting, or, better still, avoiding, either or both, will improve your skin, which will definitely help you keep the wrinkles at bay. The net safety results are obvious and well known.
